Off to New Zealand

Last weekend we decided to do a practise trip to New Zealand. Not the one you're all thinking of, but a small hamlet about an hour's drive from Faringdon. We programmed the GPS and headed off. New Zealand was smaller and more remote than we had expected, the roads were about 6 feet wide, and in total there was only about 5 houses. We decided this was good preparation for the proper trip. Luckily for us we found a real NZ farm cottage - Finlay was very impressed, although it was too cold for him to get out and meet the cows.

In other recent events we've eaten funny vegetables, had my cousins over, and experienced some really cold weather. Jen has been up at the crack of dawn with the camera taking photos of the frozen cobwebs, fantastic pictures they make.

Finally, no web page would be complete without another cute photo of Finlay for the Grandparents :)
